Our standard
This website aims to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act incorporates WCAG 2.0 Level AA, so meeting WCAG 2.1 AA also covers Section 508 for web content.
What we’ve done
- Text and interface colors meet WCAG contrast ratios: at least 4.5:1 for body text.
- Every page has a “Skip to content” link, a single main heading, and a logical heading order.
- All navigation, menus, forms, and interactive elements work with a keyboard and show a visible focus indicator.
- Form fields have labels, and errors are described in text, not by color alone.
- Illustrations have text descriptions for screen readers. Status colors (Easy, Medium, Hard) always come with a text label.
- Animation respects the “reduce motion” setting in your operating system, and the one looping animation has a pause button.
- The site works without JavaScript for all essential content and the demo request form.
How we test
We check pages with automated accessibility testing and manual review, including keyboard-only navigation, and we test at phone, tablet, and desktop sizes.
Known limitations
Illustrations of the product use synthetic data and are described in text rather than being fully interactive. If you find something we’ve missed, we want to hear about it.
Report a barrier
If anything on this site is hard to use, please tell us through the contact form (choose “Something else” and describe the problem in the notes). Please include the page address and what you were trying to do. We’ll work to fix it.
