Fax channels

Keep your fax numbers. Keep your fax server.

InfoNotData works on documents after they arrive through the channels you already run. Your fax numbers, your fax server, and your EHR stay exactly as they are.

  • No new fax numbers
  • No EHR changes
  • Works on documents as they arrive

01 / Channels

Built for the way documents already reach you.

Faxes and scanned documents reach healthcare organizations through a handful of channels. InfoNotData is built to sit after them, not replace them.

Fax servers

RightFax and other fax servers

Inbound faxes keep arriving through your fax server. InfoNotData works on them after they land.

Gateways

Central mail and fax gateways

For organizations that route faxes through a central mail or fax gateway, InfoNotData works on what the gateway delivers.

Direct messaging

DirectTrust

Documents that arrive by Direct secure messaging can follow the same route, extract, check, and cite steps.

Health information exchange

eHealth Exchange

Records received through eHealth Exchange can be handled the same way as faxed records.

Product names are trademarks of their owners and are listed only to describe where InfoNotData fits. The connection for your environment is scoped with your IT team.

02 / What stays the same

Nothing upstream or downstream has to change.

The fear with any new document tool is disruption to inbound channels. InfoNotData is designed to avoid it.

Your fax numbers

Referring offices keep faxing the numbers they already use.

Your fax server

RightFax or whatever you run today keeps doing its job.

Your EHR

InfoNotData doesn’t integrate directly with EHRs today, so nothing in your EHR changes.

03 / About EHRs

An honest answer about EHR integration.

InfoNotData does not integrate directly with Epic, Oracle Cerner, VistA, or other EHRs today. It works on documents as they arrive and gives your team the extracted values with their page-and-line citations.

That means there’s no EHR project to start before you see value, and nothing in your EHR to change. If you need a specific workflow, tell us about it in the walkthrough and we’ll say plainly what’s possible today.

Questions from IT

What IT teams ask first.

Do we need new fax numbers?

No. Referring offices keep faxing the numbers they use today.

Does InfoNotData replace RightFax?

No. It works on documents after they arrive through RightFax or another fax server.

Does it integrate with our EHR?

Not directly, today. It works on documents as they arrive, so nothing in your EHR has to change.

How is the connection set up?

It depends on how documents reach you today. The setup for your environment is scoped with your IT team during the walkthrough and pilot planning.

06 / Next step

Map your fax channels with an engineer.

A 30-minute walkthrough. Tell us how documents reach you today and we’ll show where InfoNotData fits, and what stays exactly as it is.

What happens next

  1. An engineer replies to set a time that works for your team.
  2. A 30-minute walkthrough on a synthetic or de-identified packet.
  3. If it fits, we scope a pilot on your own queue.

An engineer, not a sales script. We’ll show you what it doesn’t do, too.
